Learned counsel for both the parties are present. Learned counsel for the appellant in FPA-PMLA-1567/COCHIN/2016 stated that the writ petition bearing WP(C) No. 15342/2019 (P) has been filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam Bench in which the order dated 12.04.2019 has been challenged on several grounds. The Hon’ble Court has passed the interim order until further orders. The other appellants, against whom the said order of single Bench of this Tribunal is passed, have not challenged.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the appellants against whom the further order dated 12.04.2019 has been passed have not complied the order.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the appellants submit that since the order dated 12.04.2019 has been stayed by the Hon’ble Court, it will be applicable in respect of other appellants who are affected with the same order. Let this contentions be heard on the next date.

This Tribunal directed the appellant to file an affidavit. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is filing the affidavit with respect to current status of ownership of the property during the course of the day. Copy of the same has been supplied to the learned counsel for the respondent. As per the oral direction of this Tribunal, respondent has filed counter affidavit against objection filed by the appeallant in FPA-PMLA1580/COCHIN/2016.
