each of the properties in the above said listed appeals. It is seen that in

a couple of properties some valuation report has been filed, while in others it is not there. The learned counsel for the appellant stated they would also like to submit valuation reports and that because of the floods in Kerala they are not able to immediately get the valuation reports. The counsel for the respondent seeks some time to get rest of the reports.

It is seen apart from the agricultural land there are residential/commercial properties also for which the market rent needs to be ascertained. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to file the valuation report for the agricultural land and market rent for the residential/commercial properties within two months with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant. In case, the appellant desires to file the rejoinder they may do so within a further period of one month. Whatever documents are in local language, the appellant and the respondent, whoever files it are also to file the translated copies.
