The appellants have not yet filed any valuation report although
enough time has been given. A last opportunity was given to them on 13.12.2018. They seek further two weeks time to do the same.

The learned counsel for the respondent objects to the same and states that they have been enjoying the property for the last more than two years and hence, they should be directed to pay the rent of the properties immediately.
In the interest of justice, I am giving two weeks time to the appellants to file the valuation report for fixation of rent of the premises being enjoyed by them with an advance copy to the respondent.
No further adjournments shall be given.
