The learned counsel for the appellant is present and he is insisting on hearing on the appeal are particularly with respect to the properties owned by Krishanayan & Sangeeta Tyagi who are neither accused nor accused in the prosecution complaint. He could not be able to verify whether the properties owned by these two appellants are also property in prosecution complaint. Let the respondent file the copy of prosecution complaint to ascertain that these properties are part of properties involved in the trial before the learned Special Court.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that he will file the undertaking that the properties in question shall not be disposed of or deal with in any manner directly or indirectly. Let the same be filed.
