It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the rent received by the appellants from out of the property at Serial no.1, 4 & 6, which are rented, to deposit with the respondent/ED. Learned counsel for the appellants has agreed that the rents are being paid through cheques to the ED but he is not sure about the recent payments, if any, and he will take instructions on the said fact. The learned counsel for the respondent is also seeking time to take instructions regarding the payments of the rent by the appellants with the respondent/ED at Bangalore.
