The learned Counsel for the appellants states that Shri Gaurav Gupta has been discharged from the PMLA offence. However, the respondent has filed the appeal before the Delhi High Court. It is also stated by him that there is no charge sheet has been filed under the scheduled offence.

Interim order already passed is made absolute and MP is disposed of.
