The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out the order dated 14th July, 2017 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Cr. W.P No. 497/2017 whereby the operation of the impugned order dated 15th May, 2017 passed by the Special Judge of PMLA has been remained stayed in relation to the attached property. In the next date of hearing the said revision is fixed on 7th December, 2017.
