Learned counsel for the appellant is present. Shri Vikas Garg, the main counsel for the respondent is absent. Ms. Aishani Narain, Proxy Advocate appeared on his behalf and submits that respondent seeks more time to file the copy of the charge sheet as well as prosecution complaint. On 11.07.2019, final opportunity was granted to the respondent to file the same. Now, five months are already over in between and still they are yet to provide the same till date. The final opportunity granted to the respondent is closed. Appellant has already filed the written submission but there is no written submission from the side of the respondent. The respondent is allowed four weeks time to file the written submission with an advance copy to be served on the other side.
