By this order we propose to decide the application for placing on record the additional documents. The said documents are filed as Annexure A-3 & A-4. Most of the documents are in nature of copies of orders dated 1st November, 2018, 27th November, 2018 and 23rd January, 2019 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana. One of the documents is about the communication issued from D.S.P. Sub-Division Gobindwal to S.S.P Tarn Taran.
No reply to this application has been filed. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection if the said documents are relied upon at the time of hearing.
