The learned counsel for both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed the written arguments, copy of which has been supplied to the other side in the court today. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that his client has received the show cause notice dated 18th November, 2019 under section 68(H)(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 with respect to the property involved in the present case and he is ready to file the appropriate application to stay the said notice within one week. Let the same be filed within one week with an advance copy to be served on the other side who may file the reply the same within one week thereafter.
