No one appears on behalf of the appellant. Counsel for the respondent states that Mr. Jaspal Singh, who is the main accused has been convicted. He seeks time to file the final order by the next date of hearing.
It is noticed that the appellants are not appearing in the matter for the last many dates. The Jaspal Singh who is the appellant in appeal no. FPA-ND-15/DLI/2013 is the main accused. He is in custody. The Angrej Singh is the father of the appellant and Harpal Singh is the brother.

The registry will issued the notice to Mr. Angrej Singh and Mr. Harpal Singh for the next date i.e. 10th July, 2019. Similarly, the notice shall also be sent to Mr. Angrej Singh through jail superintendent who will serve the notice to the Angreaj Singh in the custody.
Mr. D.S. Bisht, Joint Commissioner appeared on behalf of the respondent and states that he will also try to communicate the order to all the appellant so that there may be progress in the hearing of the above mentioned appeals.
