The learned counsel for the respondent stated that she has just been appointed and she does not have either the copy of the appeal or the paper book. She also sought time to go through the case and also seeks time to file the reply. The learned counsel for the appellant stated that they have already supplied an additional copy to the respondent but in case the respondent is not able to locate it, they undertake to supply the entire paper book again.
In the last order of this Bench dated 21.02.2019, the respondent was directed to verify whether the condition of pre-deposit by the appellant as per Tribunal’s order dated 12.10.2009 were complied within the prescribed FPA-FE-3/MUM/1998 Page 1 of 2
