Bharat Hansraj Thakkar is concerned, the learned counsel for the respondent states that the appellant has already been expired before the decision of the Adjudicating order. The learned counsel for the appellants states that there are no findings with regard to the penalty amount of 5 crores against Bharat Hansraj Thakkar (since dead).
