Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to inspect all the 16 appeal files as his records are not properly kept. The representative of the respondent is also allowed to jointly inspect the files alongwith the counsel for the appellant. In the past one year, directions have been issued by the Bench to: (a) Why there are 16 appeals while the impugned order dated 29.03.1996 has only 6 parties and if there are any overlapping appeals by one single appellant that needs to be rectified (b) The present status of the appellant as to whether he is alive or deceased. If deceased, the name of his Legal Representative which is to be substituted are also to be given.

Inspection of the documents be done on 20^th May, 2019 jointly as per the procedure laid down by this Tribunal. An application to be filed by the appellants thereafter within a period of 4 weeks with an advance copy to the FPA-73-84/LKW/1996 Page 3 of 4 FPA-16-19/LKW/1997

respondent giving all the details appellant wise. The respondent to submit his reply within another week thereafter.
