Since 2016, it is noticed that the Tribunal has been giving time to prepare a complete set of paper-book/chart because there are many appellants who have expired and it is not clear who have applied for the substitution. On the last occasion also, the Bench has directed that a clear cut chart be prepared giving the original appellants name, if he has expired, the date of his expiry, who is the person who is now seeking to be substituted as legal heir along with the Miscellaneous Petition number in each of the appeals. Until this clarity is there, the appeals cannot be taken up for decision.

Since a lot of time has already been given a fortnight’s further time is granted to the appellants to prepare the chart in each of the cases. Advance copies of the chart be given to the respondent much before the next date of hearing so that we do not have to adjourn it again.
