The above mentioned application has been filed by the appellant for modification of order. We have gone through the order dated 27^th March, 2015 which was passed in the presence of the counsel for the appellant, whereby it was directed to the appellant to deposit sum of Rs 16,500/- per month from 1^st March, 2015. The said order has not been complied by the appellant; rather the above mentioned application has been filed for stay of the impugned order. We are not inclined to consider the prayer made in the application, MP is dismissed accordingly.
