The above mentioned appeal has been filed against the order dated 27^th of August, 2014. After the expiry of three years and ten months, notice dated 29^th June, 2018 has been received by the appellant under Section 8(4) of the Act. It is stated in the notice that the possession has been taken. The learned Counsel for the appellant states that one of the property is residential and the possession is still lying with the appellant.
