Learned counsel for the appellant insisted the case be transferred to Court-I as this case was part heard before the earlier Bench consisting of Justice Anil Kumar. But he was not able to quote any Tribunal’s order when the same has been treated as part heard. Moreover, Justice Anil Kumar has long retired and left the Tribunal. It is seen that the stay application was before the earlier Bench of Justice Anil Kumar and order passed thereon. On the last occasion i.e. on 14th September, 2018, the counsel for the respondent had sought time to mention before Court-I to list all the cases FPA-PMLA-693/LKW/2014 Page 1 of 2

together. It appears that has not been acceded to by Court-I because this case have again been listed before this Bench today. I do not find any reason for allowing cases to be transferred to Court-I unless and until they are part heard matters and recorded so which in this case it is not.
The case to be listed for final hearing on 19th December, 2018.
