This order is passed in continuation with the detail order passed in 20^th June, 2017 as well as 3^rd May, 2018. The learned counsel for the respondent has taken the instruction and agrees that as far as attachment of the property are concerned, the same may continue till the final outcome of the criminal complaint which is pending before the special court.

The above appeals are accordingly disposed of.
