The above mentioned application has been filed by National Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited. Learned counsel for the respondent states that he will checkup if the reply is filed, if not he will file the same by the next date. Counsel for the applicants states that the name of the Company has been changed to Indian Commodity Exchange Limited in view of the order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad. It is also informed that the said order is the subject matter of the appeal which is pending before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi and is coming up on 06th December, 2018. The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
List this application for hearing on 21st January, 2019.
Two other applications are pending for discovery of documents as well as additional documents. Learned counsel for the respondent is allowed to file the replies if already not filed, by the next date of hearing.
