The learned counsel for the appellant states that the order dated 13^th September, 2018 has been complied with. The learned counsel for

the appellant has argued for some time. He has also relied upon the FPA-PMLA-379 to 381/BNG/2012 Page 1 of 2

order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore date 13^th September, 2018 passed in W.P. no. 52717of 2013. He states that in view of the order passed on said petition the proceeding u/s 245(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is sub-judice and next date of hearing somewhere in October, 2018. In the interest of justice, re-notify the matter for 8^th January, 2019.

Liberty is granted to the appellant that in case, the said proceedings is decided in favour of the appellant he will file an application for early hearing of the appeal.
