The above mentioned appeal has been filed under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the order dated 16th May, 2018. The application has been filed by the applicant to withdraw the appeal. It is stated in para-2 of the application that after filing the appeal the provisional attachment order has been confirmed therefore the present appeal is become infructuous. It is stated that the appellant may challenge the order dated 9th November, 2018 in accordance with law.
However, as far as the present appeal is concerned, the same is dismissed as withdrawn and the same is become infructuous.
Copy of the order be given ‘ dasti ’ to both the parties.
