Mr. Atul Tripathi, Advocate counsel for the respondent states that the replies to the appeal as well as stay application are ready and would be filed during the course of the day. A copy of the same has been handed over to the counsel for the appellant who seeks some time to file the reply. Let the rejoinder be filed within four weeks.

As far as Respondent no -2 is concerned, four weeks more time is sought by counsel for the Respondent no. 2 to file reply. Let the same be filed within four weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder four weeks thereafter.

The present appeal has been filed on behalf of 10 appellants. Objection has been arisen by the counsel for the respondent that one single appeal cannot be filed on behalf of different entities, and separate appeal needs to be filed.

Under these circumstances, counsel for the appellant is directed to file appeals on behalf of other appellants and the present appeal may be treated on behalf of Appellant no. 1. Counsel for the appellant states that for remaining appellants he would only file the appeal memo including memo of parties and grounds of appeal. he sought exemption to file the detailed documents in other appeals as per his finding appeal no. 1.

Under these circumstances, opportunity is granted to counsel for the appellant to file the separate appeals only with grounds of appeal and memo of parties before the next date of hearing.
