An appeal under Sec. 26 has been filed against the order dated 25.08.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Authority. Issue notice to the respondent. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned Counsel of the appellant who may file rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. The learned Counsel for the appellant is pressing for an interim order. Mr. Tripathi says that after issuing the notice under Sec. 8(4), possession has already been taken. The appellant would verify the same. In the meanwhile, let the reply in the said application be filed by the respondent within four weeks.
