In the above said matters the certain stay applications are pending. Mr. Sharma, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the respondent is insisting for taking the possession rather to receive any use and occupation charges in view of notice issued under the provision of Section 8(4) of the Act. On the other hand Mr. Vijay Agarwal on the said
