Learned counsel for the appellants stated that they had submitted

been discussed in the impugned order. They, therefore, requested for the documents to be called for from the original authority. The learned counsel for the respondent objects to the same stating that all the pleadings have been completed and the matter is at the stage of final hearing. He also states that all the documents are examined by the Adjudicating Authority, thereafter the decision has been given and hence calling for documents will not serve any purpose in the matter. It is seen that the whole issue has emanated from a complaint by the Central Bank of India and pertains to loans taken from them. Hence it is necessary to implead the Central Bank of India as a party in this case.

Notice be issued to the Central Bank of India in the following address: “Central Bank of India, Corporate Finance Branch, 33, N.S. Road, 1^st Floor, Kolkata- 700001”, to be present during the next date of hearing.
