The learned counsel for the respondent states that he has taken instruction from his client in view of the order passed on 8^th March, 2017 whereby the respondent is insisting for possession of the property. The said objection would be considered in the next date in the meanwhile as mentioned earlier, the appellant is directed to deposit the use and occupation charges at the rate of Rs. 6,000/- from the date of the impugned order to till the disposal of the present appeal. The said arrear shall be deposited by the appellant at the rate of Rs. 6,000/- per month within 8 weeks from today. The appellant would keep on depositing the said amount till the disposal of the appeal.
