Fresh application has been filed by the appellant. It is alleged in the application that on 8^th December, 2016 the appellant/applicant has received a copy of the notice for taking the possession under section 8(4) of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 with regard to the possession of shop measuring 200 Sqr ft. with UDS of 66.256 Sq. ft. in Survey No. 2530 and resurvey no. 8301 at Old No. 13, New No. 5, Tholasingam Street, Sowcarpet, Chennai-79.
