The learned counsel for the appellant appearing on behalf of the banks has filed written synopsis. She stated that on the next date of

hearing she would be producing the copy of the mortgage deed which were executed by the appellant with banks. She will give details of the amount due after crystallization/conciliation. Counsel for the appellant in 1199 & 1200/CHN/2016 admits that part of the attached properties have been mortgaged with the banks and clients have no objection if the matter be decided by the DRT on merits.
