hearing she would be producing the copy of the mortgage deed which were executed by the appellant with banks. She will give details of the amount due after crystallization/conciliation. Counsel for the appellant in 1199 & 1200/CHN/2016 admits that part of the attached properties have been mortgaged with the banks and clients have no objection if the matter be decided by the DRT on merits.
