Learned counsel for the appellant has referred to Section 17(1) of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. According to the learned counsel for the appellant, no reason to believe has been given or produced before the Adjudicating Authority within thirty days in sealed cover as is required by law. His next submission is that no copy of the ‘reason to believe’ was served to him. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent has referred to page No. 42 and 52 of the appeal paper book wherein as para 1 details of the reason to believe are given.
