The proxy counsel submits that the arguing counsel is not available, and seeks an adjournment. It is seen that in August, 2017 they had sought adjournment on the same ground and it was granted vide order dated 23.08.2017. Thereafter it got re-notified up till today. Even today, he is seeking another adjournment again on the same ground. This is a case of 2015. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposes the adjournment request.

Pleadings are complete. It is therefore fixed for final hearing on 30^th October, 2018. In the meantime, both the parties may submit written submission.
