On 29th August, 2018 the following order was passed.
“The learned counsel for the appellant has produced the certified copy of the order dated 19.04.2018 passed by the Hon’ble High Court, New Delhi in Writ Petition (Criminal) 738/2017 wherein the appellant was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lakh with the respondent as a pre-deposit to the hearing of the appeal.
The learned counsel for the appellant seeks final opportunity to deposit the same within two months. List the appeal on 16th November, 2018.”
The learned counsel for the appellant states that admittedly the appellant has not complied the order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi dated 19th April, 2018. He is also not contacting the counsel. The

application has been filed to discharge his vakalatnama. The learned counsel for the appellant is accordingly discharged. No one appears on behalf of the appellant.
