Despite of the ‘status quo’ order, the property was sold by the appellant to Smt. Tahseen, Smt. Shehnaz Begum, Shri Aqueel and Smt. Shakeela. In this connection, refer the earlier orders passed by this tribunal from time to time. Mr. Siraj Khan, the appellant in this appeal is present and Smt. Tahseen, Smt. Shahnaz Begam and Shri Aqueel, the appellants in appeal No. FPA-ND-25/DLI/2014, are also present. The cost has not been deposited by the appellant as ordered vide dated 21^st November, 2016. The counsel for the appellant undertakes to deposit the same on or before the next date in the Prime Minister Relief Fund. The appellant without prejudice at present is prepared to deposit the sum of FPA-ND-3/LKW/2002 Page 1 of 2

Rs. 30 lakhs in three installments in the following manner with the respondent.

I. Ist installment of Rs. 10 lakhs shall be deposited on or before 31^st of January, 2017.

II. IInd installment of Rs. 10 lakhs shall be deposited by 28^th of February, 2017.

III. IIIrd installment a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs by 31^st March, 2017.

The above fact is also recorded as a separate statement by way of undertaking. The appellant is ordered to deposit the sum of Rs. 30 lakhs with the respondent as per the installments mentioned above. Smt. Tahseen, Smt. Shahnaz Begum, Shri Aqueel and Smt. Shakeela, the appellants in FPA-ND-25/DLI/2014 shall not dispose of, sell or alienate or create any third party interest directly or indirectly in the property till the next date of hearing.

List this matter on 20^th April, 2017.

In the meanwhile, the respondent will also get the report of the valuation of the above said property. The same shall be filed by the next date.
