After small hearing before me, the parties agreed that the impugned order be set aside and be remanded back to the Competent Authority for re-hearing. The order is passed accordingly. The Competent Authority will pass the order within two-three months after hearing the appellant. The Counsel for the appellant agreed that the appellant will appear before the Competent Authority on 31st July, 2018 who will file all relevant documents of which he wishes to rely upon. The Competent Authority will thereafter hear the matter and will pass the order by the end of October, 2018 as agreed by both parties.
Appeal and the pending applications are disposed of.
Copy of the order be given ‘ dasti ’ to both parties.
