Fresh application has been filed in view of the order passed on 06th July, 2018. Mr. D.S. Bisht, Joint Commissioner states that because of the adjournment sought by the appellant, the final order could not be passed. The next date of hearing is fixed for 20th November, 2018. Therefore, three months extension be granted. The prayer made in the application is allowed. The final order be passed till the end of December, 2018.
