The learned counsel for the appellant Ms. Sonam Nagrath Kohli in appeal no. 979/DLI/2004 stated that as per the Hon’ble Delhi High Court’s order dated 2.05.2014, the matter was remanded back to the Tribunal for passing a fresh order on the petition for pre-deposit.
