Learned advocate for appellant Shri Adnan Sami Khan states that the pre-deposit of fifty per cent has been made. He seeks four weeks time to file an additional affidavit on behalf of the appellant since he is presently an Indian citizen. The learned counsel for the respondent objects to the same as it is a very old matter.
In the interest of justice, I allow four weeks time to file the additional affidavit. Copy of the same may be served to the appellant in the linked case FPA-FE-17/MUM/2011 and the respondent who may file their counter within two weeks thereafter.
