The issue of jurisdiction was heard for some time. The learned counsel for the appellant sought an adjournment as they needed to take instructions. The respondent as well as counsels for the respondent vehemently opposed the adjournment request and submitted that the cases are going on since long and needs a finality. Since the appellant seeks time for taking instruction I am inclined for a short adjournment as a last opportunity.
