The learned counsel for the appellants states that he is ready to argue the stay petitions of the Directors/Partners of the firm in Appeal numbers FPA-FE-137/MUM/2011, FPA-FE-138/MUM/2011, FPA-FE-

139/MUM/2011, FPA-FE-140/MUM/2011, FPA-FE-141/MUM/2011, FPAFE-142/MUM/2011 and FPA-FE-143/MUM/2011 (serial number 2 to 8 above) he seeks a short adjournment. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
The learned counsel on behalf of the Official Liquidator, Ms. Himanshi Mishra states that they are in the process and it will take some more time. Therefore, she sought an adjournment for a further period of two months.
On the next date of hearing, stay petition of the partners/ Directors would be taken up. On the same day, further view would be taken on the appeal of the Company which is under Liquidation.
