The learned counsel for the Appellant Sh. Yasin Rangrej & Ors. in Appeal no. FPA-2/DLI/2015 states that she has filed an affidavit stating financial hardship and thereby seeking modification of the occupational charges. She also stated that separate appeals have been filed on behalf of Sh. Ibrahim Rangrez and Sh. Maqbool Rangrez now against the same order in original.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 2 Sh. Sikander Rangrej states that the regular arguing counsel is travelling and not available and hence seeks a short adjournment. She further stated that they have already filed a reply to the original appeal. The learned counsel for respondent no. 1, the Competent Authority has no objection to the adjournment. He also stated that he will be filing the reply shortly to both the new appeals as well as the earlier appeals.
The matter is adjourned. List on 16th August, 2018. The application for modification of the occupational charges will be taken up on that day.
