The Respondent no. 2 has not filed the reply. One final opportunity is granted to the respondent no.2 to file the reply to the appeal.
It is pertinent to mention that a fresh application has been filed by the applicant seeking modification of the previous order dated 26th May, 2015. The prayer is made in the application that the condition of use and occupation charges of Rs. seven thousand (7000/-) per month be decreased as the appellant are not able to pay the same.
Issue notice to the respondent. Reply, if any, be filed within two weeks.

Both the parties are allowed to file their written synopsis on or before the next date of hearing.
We are of the view that in case both the parties will argue the main appeal on the next date of hearing, the said application in those circumstance shall be treated as infructuous.
