show-cause notice dated 10.2.2015 has been issued in the same case and has been allowed to be a part of the present appeal, by the earlier Bench.

The learned representative of the respondent states that the other show-cause notice has not been adjudicated probably on the ground that the show-cause notice was allowed as a part of the present appeal. Both the parties accordingly sought some time to enable the Competent Authority to adjudicate. Allowed. The matter may be listed after three months. The Competent Authority may consider deciding the other showcause notice in the meantime.
