The proxy counsel Ms. Sonam Nagrath states that the regular counsel is travelling abroad and she seeks short adjournment. It is noticed that on the last date of hearing i.e. 26.4.2018, directions were given by the Bench to the appellant to file the estimation of rent in all the appeals. However, it does not seem to have been done so far. The learned representative of the respondent stated that he is to travel from Ahmedabad and he confirms the estimation has not been given to them either.
As a last opportunity, in the interest of justice, the matter is being adjourned and issue of fixation of rent will be taken in the next date of hearing. List the matter on 16th August, 2018.
