The impugned order in the above said matter is dated 06^th June, 2015. After filing the appeal the eviction notice dated 02^nd February, 2017 has been issued by the appellant under Section 8(4) of the Act. In view of their, the present application for grant of stay has been filed. Issue notice to the respondent Mr. Nitesh Rana, Advocate accepts the notice and seeks time to file the reply. He submits that he will verify the position as well as the averment made in the application on or before the next date. If necessary, he will also file the reply on or before the 28^th February, 2017. The appeal is already fixed for 28^th February, 2017. Adjourned to 28^th February, 2017.
