We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties. We feel that at this stage and till the decision of the appeal, the appellant should be directed to deposit Rs. 50,000/- per month regularly toward the rental charges of the three shops which are the subject matter of the confirmation of attachment order. The said deposit shall be without prejudice and from the date of passing the confirmation order. As far as the arrear of amount from the date of passing the confirmation order till February, 2017 is concerned, the counsel for the appellant is granted six months time from February, 2017 to deposit the said arrear in six equal installments. From the month of March, 2017 till the disposal of appeal, the appellant shall keep on depositing the said amount fixed regularly every month by 7^th of calendar months. The first deposit of the month of March shall be deposited by the appellant alongwith the month
