The learned counsel for the appellant submits that rejoinder is ready and he would be filing in the registry today itself. Copy has been served to the counsel for the respondent. The counsel for the appellant has also relied upon the decision passed by this tribunal on 14th July, 2017 in FPA-PMLA-1026/KOL/2015. He submits that the decision is covered under the present matter also.
On the other hand Shri Vikas Garg, learned counsel for the respondent does not agree with the learned counsel for the appellant. Thus, both the parties are granted time to file the written synopsis within three weeks.
