Impugned Order in the above Appeal is dated 25^th May, 2015. Admittedly, along with the Appeal the Appellant has filed the application for stay being MP-PMLA-2079/AHD/2015 which is pending since September, 2015. No reply to this application has been filed by the Respondent. Rather the Respondent on 27^th February, 2017 has issued the notice under Section 8(4) of the Act. Issue notice to the Respondent. Mr. Vikas Garg, the learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed within one week with an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the Appellant who may file rejoinder four weeks thereafter. List this application along with the Appeal on 1^st May, 2017.
