Shri Abhikalp Aggarwal, Chartered Accountant appearing on behalf of Shri Akarsh Garg, (learned counsel for the appellant) submits, Shri Akarsh Garg is not receiving any instructions from the appellant and he be given liberty to withdraw the vakalatnama. We are of the view that if he wishes to withdraw his vakalatnama, he has to issue the notice to his client by registered A.D. post and application should be filed subsequently as per law. The matter is adjourned to 21^st April, 2017 when the appeal on merits will be heard.
