Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has been acquitted of the Schedule Offences in all the three FIRs. He further submits that copy of the two judgments have already been filed. The third judgment is passed on 04^th April, 2017 in which the appellant has been acquitted and he would be filing the certified copy thereof. The learned counsel for the appellant states that in view of the acquittal in all the three FIR of the proceeding against the appellant under PMLA does not survive.
